What Actually Happens Inside the Bay

Whether you're booking a single club or a full bag assessment, every appointment runs through the same four-stage process from calm-air baseline to a spec that's actually been tested in moving air.

Baseline Bay Read

We start by measuring your current clubs in still air, along with a short conversation about your misses, the courses you play, and how exposed they usually are to wind.

Gust Pass Testing

We work through relevant heads and shafts from our demo wall while the fan rig runs a steady headwind, tailwind, or crosswind, recording how each option holds up once air resistance is a factor.

Window Lock-In

We walk through both the calm-air and gust-pass numbers together and lock in head, shaft, length, and lie/loft specs that hold up across conditions, not just the best-looking day.

Build & Verify

Clubs are built in-house and checked on our frequency and swing-weight rig before you pick them up, usually within a week.

During Your Session

What the Gust Data Actually Shows You

Every session runs on a screen positioned so you can see your own numbers change in real time as the fan settings shift. Rather than being told a club "should" hold up in the wind, you watch carry distance, dispersion, and apex height change swing by swing as gust levels increase.

  • Every swing logged at all three gust settings, not just calm air
  • Side-by-side comparison charts between current and demo clubs
  • A written wind-window report emailed within 24 hours
  • No obligation to purchase — the report is yours either way
