The things clients most often ask before and after a fitting session, answered plainly.
What actually is a "trajectory window"?
It's the band of launch height and spin your ball flight needs to stay inside so it survives the wind crossing a given hole — too high or too spinny and a gust pushes it off-line or knocks distance off; too low and you lose stopping power on the green. We measure where your window sits and fit clubs to keep you in it.
Do you actually simulate wind indoors?
Yes. Our bay has an industrial fan rig mounted behind the hitting net that pushes a steady headwind, tailwind, or crosswind across the ball's path at three settings, so we can compare a spec's calm-air numbers against how it performs once air is actually moving.
How long does a fitting session take?
Single-club sessions (driver, fairway wood, hybrid, wedge, or putter) run 45–60 minutes. Iron set fittings run 60–90 minutes. A full bag assessment covering every club typically takes 2–3 hours.
Do I have to buy clubs after my fitting?
No. There's never any obligation to purchase. You'll receive a full written wind-window report with our recommendations, and if you do order, your fitting fee is credited in full toward the purchase.
Do I need to be an advanced golfer to benefit?
Not at all. Higher-handicap golfers are often the ones losing the most distance and accuracy to wind they didn't realize was pushing their ball around — a fitted window helps every skill level.
What should I bring to my session?
Bring your current clubs relevant to the fitting, the shoes you normally play in, and a rough sense of your typical scores or handicap if you know it.
Do you fit left-handed golfers?
Yes. Our demo wall includes left-handed heads across every major category, and the fan bay works identically for right- and left-handed swings.
How long until my new clubs are ready?
Most builds finish in-house within a week of ordering, since we stock components and build on-site instead of routing orders through an outside factory queue.
Do you offer follow-up adjustments after a build?
Yes. Any loft, lie, or length adjustment needed within 30 days of a build is included at no extra charge as your swing settles into the new specs.
What areas do you serve?
Our bay is located in Tempe, Arizona, and we regularly fit golfers from across the East Valley, including Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert.
