How Long a Build Actually Takes
Components sit on the same shelf as the fitting bay, so builds rarely leave the building for parts. Here's an honest turnaround estimate by category.
Single Club
2–4 business days. Driver, fairway wood, hybrid, wedge, or putter, once the wind-bay session confirms a build spec.
Iron Set
5–7 business days. Every head shafted, gapped against the session data, and re-checked in the bay before it leaves the building.
Full Bag
8–11 business days. Driver through putter, built and cross-checked for gapping as each piece comes together rather than assembled blind.
Why a Quote Sometimes Runs Longer
Special-order finishes or a shaft that isn't a current demo can add a week while it ships in from the distributor. Multiple rounds of loft-and-lie correction after an initial build occasionally add a day, since anything outside tolerance gets caught in the bay re-check and fixed before handoff.
Same-Week Builds When Parts Are On Hand
If everything on your spec sheet is already on the shelf, ask about a same-week turnaround at the time of your session. It isn't guaranteed, but when the components are already in stock there's usually no reason to wait a full week.
